It's All About Love PTU Tut

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP. Any similarity to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

:Supplies Needed:

PSP X3 but any version will work
Scrap kit, It's All About Love by Monique at ScrapJoy kits found here
Tube of choice, I am using one from Verymany found here and you need a license
Font of choice I am using Signerica fat
Template I used is by Rose found here at Creative Misfits Creations
Add Drop Shadow as you go with your settings at -2, 1, 65, 10
**NOTE: You will need to resize all the elements to your liking**

Let's Begin!

Open up Template and delete the following layers from the template:
the copyright info
rasters: 14, 15, 12, 5 and all the copies, 4, 13, and 1

So now close off all layers except for layers raster 3 and the copy and raster 10, leave these open we are going to merge them, these are the black rectangles, so once you close all the layers, click on the raster 3 to highlight,  then go up to Layers-Merge- then merge visible. Now all 3 rectangles should be merged together on one layer on your layers palette. So now open up paper M3 and right click copy, then close out, then right click paste as new layer, and place the paper above the 3 black rectangles on the layers palette. Now click on the 3 black rectangles layer on the layers palette, and then go up to Selections-Select All-Float-Defloat-then click on the paper layer we just added and then go to Selections-Invert hit delete on your keyboard and then deselect. Now the paper should be on the 3 black rectangles, now you can delete the 3 black rectangle layer from your layers palette, you won't need it.

Now we are going to colorize the rest of the template. I used my color changer fill bucket and I used this color #c60010.  So use my template above as a guidance to see where to colorize your template.

Now we are going too add our tube. So open up your tube and right click copy, then close off the tube and right click paste as new layer and place here where I have mine. Now this tube that I used had a close up of her face on a separate layer and that was what I used to put her face in the 3 rectangles, (see above) if your tube does not have a close up, just resize your tube to a larger size and place her where you want her face to be in the 3 rectangles. So to add her face on the 3 rectangles just follow the exact steps I used to put the paper on the rectangles we just did earlier. Just make sure you place her face where you want it to be on the rectangles because once you Select all and float and defloat and all that, you can't move her. After you're done I changed the blend mode on her face to Luminance.

Now this is where you will add any elements from the kit you want, just making sure you add EACH ONE AS A NEW LAYER. You can use my tag above as a reference, just remember to get creative and have fun!!
