Let's Begin!
Open up a new image I like to use a tagger size of 460 x 460
Flood fill white
Now with your picture tube tool, find your grass tubes (these tubes come with your PSP program. Mine looks like this
What I've circled in red is what the tube tool looks like then when you click on presets in the upper left hand corner these tubes will show up. Then right click until you find the right grass you want for your tag. Duplicate and then go to Image-Mirror
Open up frame 4 and right click, copy and paste as new layer. Using your pick tool size it down to the size you are comfortable with.
Then add any of the elements you want, the kit has many and they are all wonderful. Just make sure you copy and paste each a new layer.
Open up paper 25 right click, copy and paste as new layer. Then add your mask, then invert your mask. To add your mask go to Layers-Load/Save Mask-Load mask from disc. This window will pop up
Then click on the mask on the left and this window will pop up
Then go through your masks until you find the one you want to use. Click it and it will load the mask on your paper layer.

So for the text Strawberry Fields if you want to give it a border this is how you will do that. Type out your words, then go to Selections-Select All-Float-Defloat-Modify-Expand by 2. Then on your layers palette the layer below your text right click add new raster layer, then using your flood fill, fill in around the letters. Then go to Selections-Select None.

Add your name and copyright info.

Then click customize and have your settings set at this
Click okay and you will have 6 frames, highlight all frames by holding down the ctrl key +A, then right click, frame properties to 25, minimize for now.
Then go back to PSP and close off the kite layer and open up ALL of the other layers, right click copy merged and paste into animation shop as new animation, then right click, copy then right click, paste after current frame, keep copying and pasting until you have a total of 6 frames, select all frames by holding down the ctrl key +A, then minimize for now, open up the kite animation, all frames should still be highlighted, then right click copy, then paste it on your tag.
View animation.
I hope you enjoyed this tut!

Cupid's Arrow- PTU

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP. Any similarity to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

:Supplies Needed:
PSP X3 but any version will work
Animation Shop
PTU Kit called Love Bug by Creative Scraps by Crys.
Her Blog found here
You can buy the Kit here
Thank you Crys!
Tube of choice I am using FTU Artist Popeye Wong found here
Mask of choice I am using Mask 353 found here
Font for my name is fontdinerdotcom luvable
Add Drop Shadow as you go with your settings at 2, 2, 65, 15

Let's Begin!
Open up a new image I like to use a tagger size of 460 x 460
Flood fill white
Open up frame 8, right click, copy and then right click paste as new layer, with your pick tool, grab one of the corners and change the size of the frame til you are satisfied. Then position where you would like it
Now with your ellipse tool we are going to draw out a circle and place it under the heart frame. We need the circle to place our tube and paper in. Okay so make sure the foreground and stroke is open, and the background and fill is closed, pick a pink color from the heart frame, have your width setting set at 13. Draw out your circle frame, convert to raster. Now with your magic wand click inside the frame you just made. Then go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 4, then open up paper 2 and right click, copy and right click paste as new layer. Place the paper below the circle frame.
Using your magic wand again, click inside the frame one more time, then go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 4, then open up your tube. Right click, copy and right click, paste as new layer, duplicate your tube. Put one tube under the circle frame and one above it. You do this by moving the layers on your layers palette. Now on the tube layer that is below the frame, go to Selections-Invert-Delete-Selections-Select None, then on the tube layer that is above the frame erase the bottom parts of the tube that are sticking out with your eraser.

Okay so now you can add any elements you want just making sure you copy and paste each as a new layer.

Open up paper 9 and right click, copy and right click, paste as new layer. Add your mask, invert your mask.
To add your mask go to Layers-Load/Save Mask-Load mask from Disc and then this window will pop up
To choose a mask click on the mask on the left and this window will pop up
then find the mask you want and click on it then the first window I showed, the one above, will pop up again and then just click LOAD. Then go back to Layers-Invert mask.
Your mask should now have appeared on your tag. And should look like this
Add your name and copyright info

If you want to animate your tag please follow on to the rest of the tut.

:Animation Shop:
In PSP on your paper 2 layer we are going to give it a checkered like look. So to do this go to Effects-Tiles- and have your settings like this:
And now your tag should look like this
Okay so now duplicate the paper with the tiles, 2 times for a total of 3 copies. Okay so now close off the first and 3rd one. Now working on the second duplicate, and using your selections tool, which is the one I circled on the bottom and keep the settings like I have mine circled in red up top
Now we are going to select a row of squares, but we're going to choose every third row, by choosing more than one row hold down the shift key. Start from the bottom and using your select tool drag your mouse all the way across making sure you are selecting the whole row. It should look like this (notice the black ants) but just make sure you go all the way up and only every third row

Okay Now go to Adjust-Brightness/Contrast-Brightness and Contrast and have your settings set like this
Then Select None
So when you are done close off that layer and open up the 3rd duplicate you made and do the same thing but for every other row that you didn't select on the other one.
Now open up the first one, the one where you did not change the Brightness/Contrast on and making sure you closed all other layers, right click, copy and paste in animation shop as new animation. Then go back to PSP and close off that one and open up the second one and right click and paste into animation shop after current frame. Go back to PSP and close off the second one and open up the third one and right click copy and paste into animation shop after current frame. There should only be 3 frames. Minimize for now.

Now go back to PSP and close off all layers except for these:
the white background
the mask layer
the copyright info layer
and any elements that are below the paper that we just animated. Mine looked like this
This is all I copied over to AS. So right click, copy merged and paste into animation shop as new animation.
Then in AS, right click, copy then right click paste after current frame, copy and paste one more time for a total of 3 frames. Select All frames (ctrl+A)
Then open the paper that we just minimized and Select All frames (ctrl+A) and right click copy then paste on your animation above

Then go back to PSP and close off all layers you just sent over to AS. and open up the rest of your layers. This is what I had:
Right click copy merged and paste into animation shop as new animation, then copy for a total of 3 frames again. Then Select all frames, right click, copy then paste onto your tag, position just right.
Then Select the first frame and right click, frame properties to 35, then click the 2nd frame, right click frame properties to 25, then select the 3rd frame and right click frame properties to 15
View animation!
I know this was a long tut but I wanted to make sure you got the animation figured out. Hope you liked it!

Sweet Romance FTU No Scraps

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP. Any similarity to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

:Supplies Needed:
PSP X3 but any version will work
Tube of choice I am using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis and you need a license for his work found here
Sweet Romance Template made be me found here
Mask of choice I am using Mask3 by Babes Designz found here
Font I used for my name is Ma Sexy
Add Drop Shadow as you go with your settings at 2, 2, 65, 15

Let's Begin!
Open up template, then duplicate the template by holding down the Shift + D, close out the original

Delete the copyright layer
Now we are going to add a weave effect on all 3 oval black frames. So to do this Convert each black frame to raster layer. Just right click and click convert to raster layer. Then go to Effects-Texture Effects-Weave. And have your settings set at this:
Gap Size:1
Width:7
Opacity:5
and pick a red color from the template(this will give you the color for the dots)
Fill gaps:checked

Now for the word Sweet Romance we wanna give it a glassy bevel look. So on the Sweet Romance layer convert to raster, then go to Effects-3D Effects-Inner Bevel and your settings should be like this

Now your words should be looking like they are glassy. Now to give your text a black background, go to Selections-Select All-Float-Defloat-Selections-Modify-Expand by 2, then on your layers palette, the layer under your text, right click, add new raster layer, then with your flood fill tool, fill in with the color black.

Okay so now open up your tube and right click, copy and paste as new layer. Duplicate and mirror the duplicate. Move them on to the 2 smaller red ovals. Now on the left black oval frame, click in side with your magic wand then go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 5, then highlight your tube layer in your layers palette, then go to Selections-Invert-Delete-Selections-Select None. Then change the blend mode to Luminance, do the same steps for the tube on the Right side

Then on the large black oval, use your wand and click inside of the fame and then go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 5, then open up your tube again and duplicate, right click copy and paste as new layer, duplicate, place the duplicate above the frame and the other tube below the frame but above the red oval. Purple Rain PTU

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP. Any similarity to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

:Supplies Needed:
PSP X3 but any version will work
Animation Shop
PTU Scrap kit Monster Mash by Sweet Cravings Scraps by Kara found here
Thank you Kara!
Rain animation
I'm sorry but I cannot supply,  but I just did a search on photobucket
Tube of choice I am using Gorjuss and you need a license for her art found here
Mask of choice I am using mask 211 by Insatiable Dreams found here
Font I used is Just Me Again Down Here
Add Drop Shadow as you go with your settings at 2, 2, 65, 15
Let's Begin!
Open up a new image I like to use a tagger size of 461 x 461
Flood fill white
Now open up the colored zippers, right click, copy and paste as new layer. Use your pick tool to resize the zippers, they  will be our frame. I didn't want my zippers to be too small, because as you resize with the pick tool, the zippers themselves get smaller so I erased parts of the zippers on the end that were too long for my image. Once you get the size you want, duplicate 3 times and position them like a frame. See example above. Now merge visible, making sure you close off all other layers, you only want to merge the zippers. Now using your magic wand click inside the frame and then go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 25, then open up paper 24 and right click copy and paste as new layer, then go to Selections-Invert-Delete-Selections-Select None. Making sure you put the paper layer below the frame.

Then open up your tube and right click, copy and paste as new layer. Position her in the frame above the paper, then Duplicate the tube and position the duplicate above the frame. On your frame layer use your magic wand again and click inside the frame, then go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 25 and then go to the tube below the paper and then go to Selections-Invert-Delete-Selections-Select None, then on your duplicate tube that is above the frame erase the bottom of her rainboots.

Then add any other elements you want making sure you add each one as a new layer

Open up paper 4 and right click copy and paste as new layer, then add your mask, invert your mask

Add your name and copyright info
If you choose to animate

:Animation Shop:
In PSP right click copy merged and then paste into animation shop as new animation. My rain animation had 12 frames, so I copied my tag 11 times for a total of 12. Then I selected all the frames in my rain animation and right clicked copied then right click pasted onto my tag, I then posiitoned the rain where I wanted it on my tag.

Paparazzi FTU (No scraps)

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP. Any similarity to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

:Supplies Needed:
PSP X3 but any version will work
Animation Shop
I am using the artwork of Robert Alvarado and you need a license to use his work found here
Paparazzi Template made by me found here
My Supplies found here
Font of choice I am using Alba
Add Drop Shadow as you go with your settings at 2, 2, 65, 15

Let's Begin!
Open up template, then duplicate the template by holding down the Shift + D, close out the original

Delete the copyright layer
Now on the red circle in the middle we are going to recolor it by doing a gradient of 3 colors from your tube, so click on gradient in your materials properties, then choose 3 colors from your tube, I used the black from her gloves for the first one, then I used white for the middle color, then I used the red from her hair for the last color, then on your layers palette highlight the red circle layer and then go to Selections-Float-Selections-Defloat, then with your flood fill tool, flood fill the red circle, it will prompt you that the layer needs to be converted to Raster just click okay.
Then on the black circle, right click, convert to raster, then go to Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise- and your settings set at this: Gaussian and monochrome checked and noise intensity at 100%.

Now we are going to flood fill the text Paparazzi with the same gradient we made for the red circle in the middle, so with your magic wand tool, click inside each letter, hold down the shift key to click in multiple areas, then go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 2, then on your layers palette below the text, right click add new raster layer, and then flood fill on that layer in your text.
Then go to Selections-Select None

Now on the left star, go to Selections-Float-Defloat. Now open up your tube and right click, copy and paste as new layer, duplicate. Now  mirror the first tube by going to Image-Mirror. Then move your tube on top of the left star, then go to Selections-Invert-Delete-Selections-Select None. Change the blend mode to Luminance. Now move your duplicate tube over on the right star, and follow the same directions you did for the left.

Now open up your tube again, and right click copy and paste as new layer. Duplicate, close off the duplicate, then on the colored circle go to Selections-Float-Defloat, then highlight the tube layer in your layers palette and go to Selections-Invert-Delete-Selections-Select None. Open up your duplicate tube and with your eraser erase the bottom sticking out over the circle.

Then on your bottom layer above the white background layer on your layers palette, right click, add new raster, then flood fill with the color black.
Add your mask
Add your name and copyright info

Follow below to the rest of the tut if you would like to animate your tag.

:Animation Shop:
Back in PSP, right click, copy merged and paste into animation shop as new animation. Right click, copy then right click again and paste after current frame, repeat this for a total of 5 frames. Then minimize for now.
Open up the flashing light from my supplies and you will see there are 2 frames but you only need to copy one frame, so highlight the first frame and right click, copy then maximize your tag that you minimized earlier and then right click, paste into selection, position your flash wherever you would like it, and then just keep right clicking and pasting your flashes wherever you would like them on all of the 5 frames.
On my 1st frame I put a flash on the first "P" in paparazzi and over the "I", then on my 2nd frame I put a flash over the first "P" and the one between the second "A" and "R", on my 3rd frame I put a flash over the second "P" and the first "Z", then on my 4th frame I put a flash between the first "P" and the first "A", and finally on my 5th frame I put a flash on the side of the first "P" and the "I"
When you are satisfied, highlight all 5 frames by holding down the Ctrl key and the letter A, and then right click, frame properties and change it to 15

Sexy Cupid FTU (No Scraps)

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP. Any similarity to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

:Supplies Needed:
PSP X3 but any version will work
Animation Shop
Tube of choice I am using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis and you need a license for his work found here
Template Sexy Cupid by me found here
Mask of choice I am using mask 2020 found here
I can't remember where I got this mask so if it's yours let me know or if you know who it belongs to let me know and I will give proper credit
Add Drop Shadow as you go with your settings at 2, 2, 65, 15

Let's Begin!
Open up template, then duplicate the template by holding down the Shift + D, close out the original

Delete the copyright layer

Okay on the 5 pink rectangles we are going to change the color to match the tube. I did a gradient of 3 colors, I picked a red color from the tube, white for the middle color, and then the same red for the third color. And your settings should be: Angle:49 and Repeats:0 and the invert checked.
So then on the first rectangle, go to Selections-Float-Defloat-then flood fill with your gradient you made. Then go to Selections-Select None. Now repeat this same process for all 5 rectangles. Once you finish all of them, then go to Adjust-Add Remove/Noise-Add Noise-and your settings should be:
Gaussian and monochrome checked and noise intensity at 50%, do this for all 5 rectangles.

Now on the large white circle, convert to raster then go to Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise and Gaussian checked and noise intensity at 50%

Now for the text "Sexy Cupid" we are going to flood fill with a color from your tube.
So with your magic wand click inside each letter holding the shift key as you click, then go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 2 then on your layers palette below your text, right click add new raster layer then flood fill that layer with your color of choice. Then go to Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise and your setting set as: Gaussian and monochrome checked and noise intensity at 50%

Now you will see I have a white background down at the bottom, so right above that layer right click, add new raster layer, then use the same gradient we used for the 5 rectangles and flood fill that layer with that gradient, then add your mask.

Open up your tube, right click, copy and paste as new layer and duplicate, so you should have a total of 2. Then move one of the tubes and go to Image-Mirror then move that one above the heart on the left side of your tag.
On the heart layer go to Selections-Float-Selections-Defloat. Then on the tube layer go to Selections-Invert-Delete-Selections-Select None, then change the blend mode on the tube to Luminance. Follow these same steps for the heart on the right. Just move the other tube you made for that heart.

Then open up your tube again and right click, copy and paste as new layer, Position her in the middle, see my example above, duplicate her 2x for a total of 3. Close off the 2nd and 3rd tube. Now on the circle, go to Selections-Float-Selections-Defloat. Then on your tube layer, on your layers palette, go to Selections-Invert-Delete-Selections-Select None. Then open up the 2nd tube duplicate and with your eraser erase her knee that is sticking out.

Add your name and copyright info

If you would like to animate your tag follow below to the rest of the tut.

:Animation Shop:
Back in PSP, right click copy merged and paste into animation shop as new animation. Then go back to PSP and open up your 3rd tube but close off the second tube. Now using your smudge brush and your settings set at this:
Width: adjust to your liking I used size 4, but I zoomed in 3x on the tag to get a better look and handle on the area around the eye.
Hardness: 47
Step: 10
Density and Thickness: 100
Rotation:0
Opacity:50
Now click your mouse and drag  her eyeshadow over her eye. When you are satisfied, right click copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame. Now on the first frame, right click, go to frame properties and change it to 100, on the second frame, right click and go to frame properties and change it to 20.
