Scare Me! I dare you! PTU

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP. Any similarity to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

:Supplies Needed: 
PSP X3 but any version will work
Animation Shop
PTU kit, Halloween Time by Sinfully Creative Scraps by Crys found here
Thanks Crys!
Mask of choice I am using WSL mask 84 found here
Font od choice I am using Frankendork and Witched
Add Drop Shadow as you go with your settings at 2, 2, 65, 15 


Let's Begin!

Open up a new image. I like to use a tagger size of 460 x 460
Flood fill white
Open up paper 1 and right click copy, right click paste as new layer, then add your mask.
Open element 7 (the tree)and right click copy, right click paste as new layer place on top of mask/paper layer
Open element 1(the fence) and right click copy, right click paste as new layer place it above the tree layer. Resize to your liking using your pick tool
Open up element 16 (the house) and right click copy, and right click paste as new layer. Resize to your liking using your pick tool
 Open up element 15, (the cat tube) and right click copy, right click paste as new layer and resize to your liking using your pick tool. Duplicate your tube, then close off the duplicate tube layer.
Open up the element 17 (the witch hat) and right click copy, right click paste as new layer. Resize to your liking
Now add any other elements you want on your tag.
Add your name and copyright info!

Follow below to the rest of the tut if you choose to animate.

:Animation Shop:
  Go back to PSP and right click copy merged and then go back to AS and right click paste as new animation. Then go back to PSP and close off the original tube layer and open up your duplicate tube layer, then using your free hand selection tool on the setting, point to point, click around the cats eyes. Then go up to Adjust-Brightness and Contrast-Brightness/contrast and have your settings set to this:
40 and 0
then go up to Selections-Select None (deselect)
Now right click copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame
View animation!
