A Pirate's Life PTU

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP. Any similarity to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

:Supplies Needed:
PSP X3 but any version will work
Animation Shop
PTU kit, Walk the Plank, by Creative Scraps by Crys found here
Thank you Crys!
Tube of choice I am using Elias Chatzoudis and you need a license for his work found here
Font of choice I am using Treasure Island and Captain Kidd Demo
Add Drop Shadow as you go with your settings at 2, 2, 65, 15

Let's Begin!
Open up frame 2 and right click, copy and paste as new layer. Resize to your liking. Open up your tube of choice and right click, copy and paste as new layer, position her to the left see my example above.
Open up paper 1 and right click, copy and paste as new layer and place it below the frame. Now click on your frame layer on your layers palette, and then using your magic wand, click inside the frame, then go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 8, then click on the paper layer on your layers palette, and then go up to Selections-Invert-hit delete on your keyboard and then go back to Selections-Select None (deselect)

Open up pirates island element and right click, copy and paste as new layer, resize to fit just right in the frame, then click on your frame layer on your layers palette, and go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 8, then click on the pirates island layer on the layers palette and then go to Selections-Invert-hit delete on your keyboard then go to Selections-Select None

At this point add any other elements you want making sure you copy and paste each one as a new layer, (don't put the pirate ship in yet if you want to animate). Don't forget to drop shadow as you go.

Add your name and copyright
If you want to animate your tag follow below to the rest of the tut

:Animation Shop:
Back in PSP right click, copy merged and paste into AS as new animation. Then go back to PSP and place the pirate ship on the left hand corner under the frame layer, have it sticking out a little, right click, copy merged and paste in AS after current frame, then go back to PSP and move the ship a little further out, then right click, copy merged and paste in AS after current frame, keep repeating this until you have 7 frames, total.

Now click on the first frame and right click, change frame properties at 100, then click on the 2nd frame and change the frame properties to 30, on frames 3-6 change the frame properties to 35, the 7th frame change the frame properties to 200
View animation!
I hope you enjoyed my tut!
