Let's Begin!
Open up a new image I like to use a tagger size of 460 x 460
Flood fill white
Okay so we are going to draw an oval frame using our ellipse tool, pick a color from your tube, I chose the red #c71e30, draw out your oval, then convert to raster

Then open up your tube right click, copy and paste as new layer, position her in the frame like I have mine, then place her below the frame, duplicate your tube then move the duplicate tube above the frame on your Layers palette, click the frame layer and then use your magic wand and click inside the frame, then go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 3, then click on the tube layer that is below the frame and then go to Selections-Invert- hit delete on your keyboard, then go to Selections-Select None (deselect) Then click on the tube layer that is above the frame and using your eraser, erase parts of the tube that are sticking out on the bottom of the frame.

Now open up paper 8 and right click, copy and paste as new layer, place the paper below the frame, then click on your frame layer and use your magic wand again, and click inside the frame, then go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 3 then click on the paper layer and then go to Selections-Invert-Delete- deselect. Now your paper is inside the frame.

Add any elements you want making sure you copy and paste each one as a new layer. Then open up paper 3 and right click copy and paste as new layer, then open up the mask from my supplies and add your mask.
