Sexy Cupid FTU (No Scraps)

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of PSP. Any similarity to another tutorial is purely coincidental.

:Supplies Needed:
PSP X3 but any version will work
Animation Shop
Tube of choice I am using the artwork of Elias Chatzoudis and you need a license for his work found here
Template Sexy Cupid by me found here
Mask of choice I am using mask 2020 found here
I can't remember where I got this mask so if it's yours let me know or if you know who it belongs to let me know and I will give proper credit
Add Drop Shadow as you go with your settings at 2, 2, 65, 15

Let's Begin!
Open up template, then duplicate the template by holding down the Shift + D, close out the original

Delete the copyright layer

Okay on the 5 pink rectangles we are going to change the color to match the tube. I did a gradient of 3 colors, I picked a red color from the tube, white for the middle color, and then the same red for the third color. And your settings should be: Angle:49 and Repeats:0 and the invert checked.
So then on the first rectangle, go to Selections-Float-Defloat-then flood fill with your gradient you made. Then go to Selections-Select None. Now repeat this same process for all 5 rectangles. Once you finish all of them, then go to Adjust-Add Remove/Noise-Add Noise-and your settings should be:
Gaussian and monochrome checked and noise intensity at 50%, do this for all 5 rectangles.

Now on the large white circle, convert to raster then go to Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise and Gaussian checked and noise intensity at 50%

Now for the text "Sexy Cupid" we are going to flood fill with a color from your tube.
So with your magic wand click inside each letter holding the shift key as you click, then go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 2 then on your layers palette below your text, right click add new raster layer then flood fill that layer with your color of choice. Then go to Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise and your setting set as: Gaussian and monochrome checked and noise intensity at 50%

Now you will see I have a white background down at the bottom, so right above that layer right click, add new raster layer, then use the same gradient we used for the 5 rectangles and flood fill that layer with that gradient, then add your mask.

Open up your tube, right click, copy and paste as new layer and duplicate, so you should have a total of 2. Then move one of the tubes and go to Image-Mirror then move that one above the heart on the left side of your tag.
On the heart layer go to Selections-Float-Selections-Defloat. Then on the tube layer go to Selections-Invert-Delete-Selections-Select None, then change the blend mode on the tube to Luminance. Follow these same steps for the heart on the right. Just move the other tube you made for that heart.

Then open up your tube again and right click, copy and paste as new layer, Position her in the middle, see my example above, duplicate her 2x for a total of 3. Close off the 2nd and 3rd tube. Now on the circle, go to Selections-Float-Selections-Defloat. Then on your tube layer, on your layers palette, go to Selections-Invert-Delete-Selections-Select None. Then open up the 2nd tube duplicate and with your eraser erase her knee that is sticking out.

Add your name and copyright info

If you would like to animate your tag follow below to the rest of the tut.

:Animation Shop:
Back in PSP, right click copy merged and paste into animation shop as new animation. Then go back to PSP and open up your 3rd tube but close off the second tube. Now using your smudge brush and your settings set at this:
Width: adjust to your liking I used size 4, but I zoomed in 3x on the tag to get a better look and handle on the area around the eye.
Hardness: 47
Step: 10
Density and Thickness: 100
Rotation:0
Opacity:50
Now click your mouse and drag  her eyeshadow over her eye. When you are satisfied, right click copy merged and paste into animation shop after current frame. Now on the first frame, right click, go to frame properties and change it to 100, on the second frame, right click and go to frame properties and change it to 20.
