Add Drop Shadow as you go with your settings at 2, 2, 65, 15

Let's Begin!
Open up a new image I like to use a tagger size of 460 x 460
Flood fill white
Open up frame 8, right click, copy and then right click paste as new layer, with your pick tool, grab one of the corners and change the size of the frame til you are satisfied. Then position where you would like it
Now with your ellipse tool we are going to draw out a circle and place it under the heart frame. We need the circle to place our tube and paper in. Okay so make sure the foreground and stroke is open, and the background and fill is closed, pick a pink color from the heart frame, have your width setting set at 13. Draw out your circle frame, convert to raster. Now with your magic wand click inside the frame you just made. Then go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 4, then open up paper 2 and right click, copy and right click paste as new layer. Place the paper below the circle frame.
Using your magic wand again, click inside the frame one more time, then go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 4, then open up your tube. Right click, copy and right click, paste as new layer, duplicate your tube. Put one tube under the circle frame and one above it. You do this by moving the layers on your layers palette. Now on the tube layer that is below the frame, go to Selections-Invert-Delete-Selections-Select None, then on the tube layer that is above the frame erase the bottom parts of the tube that are sticking out with your eraser.

Okay so now you can add any elements you want just making sure you copy and paste each as a new layer.

Open up paper 9 and right click, copy and right click, paste as new layer. Add your mask, invert your mask.
To add your mask go to Layers-Load/Save Mask-Load mask from Disc and then this window will pop up
To choose a mask click on the mask on the left and this window will pop up
then find the mask you want and click on it then the first window I showed, the one above, will pop up again and then just click LOAD. Then go back to Layers-Invert mask.
Your mask should now have appeared on your tag. And should look like this
Add your name and copyright info

If you want to animate your tag please follow on to the rest of the tut.

:Animation Shop:
In PSP on your paper 2 layer we are going to give it a checkered like look. So to do this go to Effects-Tiles- and have your settings like this:
And now your tag should look like this
Okay so now duplicate the paper with the tiles, 2 times for a total of 3 copies. Okay so now close off the first and 3rd one. Now working on the second duplicate, and using your selections tool, which is the one I circled on the bottom and keep the settings like I have mine circled in red up top
Now we are going to select a row of squares, but we're going to choose every third row, by choosing more than one row hold down the shift key. Start from the bottom and using your select tool drag your mouse all the way across making sure you are selecting the whole row. It should look like this (notice the black ants) but just make sure you go all the way up and only every third row

Okay Now go to Adjust-Brightness/Contrast-Brightness and Contrast and have your settings set like this
Then Select None
So when you are done close off that layer and open up the 3rd duplicate you made and do the same thing but for every other row that you didn't select on the other one.
Now open up the first one, the one where you did not change the Brightness/Contrast on and making sure you closed all other layers, right click, copy and paste in animation shop as new animation. Then go back to PSP and close off that one and open up the second one and right click and paste into animation shop after current frame. Go back to PSP and close off the second one and open up the third one and right click copy and paste into animation shop after current frame. There should only be 3 frames. Minimize for now.

Now go back to PSP and close off all layers except for these:
the white background
the mask layer
the copyright info layer
and any elements that are below the paper that we just animated. Mine looked like this
This is all I copied over to AS. So right click, copy merged and paste into animation shop as new animation.
Then in AS, right click, copy then right click paste after current frame, copy and paste one more time for a total of 3 frames. Select All frames (ctrl+A)
Then open the paper that we just minimized and Select All frames (ctrl+A) and right click copy then paste on your animation above

Then go back to PSP and close off all layers you just sent over to AS. and open up the rest of your layers. This is what I had:
Right click copy merged and paste into animation shop as new animation, then copy for a total of 3 frames again. Then Select all frames, right click, copy then paste onto your tag, position just right.
Then Select the first frame and right click, frame properties to 35, then click the 2nd frame, right click frame properties to 25, then select the 3rd frame and right click frame properties to 15
View animation!
I know this was a long tut but I wanted to make sure you got the animation figured out. Hope you liked it!
