My supplies here
I made the 2010-2011 countdown so feel free to share
Font I used for my name is Champagne
Add Drop Shadow as you go with your settings at 2, 2, 65, 15
Let's Begin!

Open up your template and Duplicate your template by holding Shift+D close off the original, resize to your liking I did mine at 461 x 461
Delete the copyright info
On the large black square where we will be putting our main tube on, go to Selections-Select All-Float-Defloat, then open up your paper 6 right click copy and paste as new layer, then go to Selections-Invert-Delete-Deselect. Now do the same exact thing for all of the small black squares but using paper 9
Now on the large white frame you are going to change the color to black, so go to Selections-Float-Defloat-Flood Fill with the color black, then go to Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise- with settings set as Gaussian and monochrome checked and noise intensity at 100 %, do the same thing for all of the white frames, including the rectangle back
Now on the Clock back, go to  gradient and click Edit then choose a gold, then white, and the gold again, Angle 36, repeats 0, invert checked, linear style. Flood fill then then on the actual clock go to Adjust-Add/Remove Noise-Add Noise- and keep the same settings as you used before. Duplicate the clock and close the duplicate for now. Okay so everything should be glitterized. LOL Because it's just wouldn't be New Year's without any glitter LOL
Okay so now open up your tube of choice, right click copy and paste as new layer, duplicate her 4 times. Close off all 4 duplicates, you will work with them later. Okay so now move her on the now large gold square, see example above.

Okay so now we are going to put parts of the tube in each of the 4 gold squares, I will show how you to do the first one and then you just repeat the same process for the other squares. Okay so on the first gold square on your left, where we will position her head, use your magic wand, then open up one of the duplicate tubes you made earlier and in your layers palette move her above that square. Position her where you want  her head to be.Then go to Selections-Invert-Delete-Deselect, then change the blend to luminance. Repeat the same process for each square moving her body where you like it to be.
you can add any elements you want at this point
Now add a new raster layer on the bottom of your layers palette and flood fill with the same gradient that you used for the clock. Add your mask, then invert the mask
Add your name and copyright info

Follow below to animate your tag.

:Animation Shop:
Open up the 2010-2011 countdown from my Supplies and you will see there are 10 frames, Select All frames (ctrl+A) and resize animation to Pixel Size 103 x 43, minimize for now.
Then go back to PSP, right click copy and paste in animation shop as new animation, then go back to PSP and  close off the original clock, and open up the duplicate clock, then with your Freehand Selections Tool, select around the seconds hand on the clock, then right click copy then go to Edit and cut, deselect. Then right click and paste as new layer.
Now open up the original clock to help you line up the bottom of the duplicate seconds hand as you move it over to the right a little. The base of the duplicate seconds hand has to line up with the base on the original, or it will look funny in animation. Okay so just move the seconds hand over to the right a little making sure you line up the base of the original, close off the original clock,  then right click copy and paste after current frame. Repeat this same process each time moving the seconds hand a little to the right, for a total of 10 frames.
Then go back to the 2010-2011 countdown and Select All, the right click copy and then paste it on your tag. Then highlight frames 1-8 by holding down the Ctrl key and clicking on each frame, then go to animations-frame properties and change it to 20, then on the last frame, frame 10 change the frame properties to 200
View animation!
