Add Drop Shadow as you go with your settings at 2, 2, 65, 15

Let's Begin!
Open up a new image I like to use a tagger size of 461 x 461
Flood fill white
Open up frame 2 and right click copy and paste as new layer, duplicate and mirror, now with your eraser, erase the 2 parts of the frame that are touching in the middle. Then merged visible, then using your magic wand click inside the the frames and then go to Selections-Modify-Expand by 6, then open up paper 6 and right click copy and paste as new layer under the frames, then go to Selections-Invert-Delete-Deselect

Open up your tube copy and paste as new layer and place her in the middle of the frames, then open up any elements making sure you paste each one as a new layer
Open up paper 13 right click copy and paste as new layer, add your mask, invert your mask
Type out Merry Christmas, to give it a border color follow these directions:
After typing out your words then go to Selections-Select All-Float-Defloat-Expand by 2, then on your layers palette below your font, right click and add new raster layer, then flood fill with white, then add your drop shadow.
Add your name and copy right info
Follow below to animation shop

:Animation Shop:
Open up the snow animation from my supplies and resize to this Pixel size 380 x 380, minimize for now
Go back to PSP and close off all layers from the frames up, so you should only have your white background, your mask, your copyright info, and your paper background that is under the frames open, right click copy merged and paste as new animation in animation shop, then right click copy and paste after current frame. Do this again til you have 10 frames. Then go back to the snow animation, Select All (ctrl+A) and right click copy and paste onto your tag
Go back to PSP and close off the layers you just put into animation shop and open up the rest of the layers, right click copy merged and paste into animation shop, copy and paste that til you have 10 frames, then Select All, and right click copy and paste on top of your tag with the snow.
View animation!
