*Add Drop Shadow as you go with your settings at 2, 2, 65, 15*
Let's Begin!
Open up a new image any size you like. Flood fill white
Open up curtain drapery, copy and paste as new layer

Open up paper 4 copy and paste as new layer below the drapery, resize to fit behind your drapery
Open up your tube, copy and paste as new layer

Open up film strip, copy and paste as new layer

erase your tubes legs that are below the film strip, so that her legs are just right above the film strip
Now on your film strip is where you will paste 3 more tubes from the same artist.
So follow these directions:
Open up tube, copy and paste as new layer, resize and put your tube in one of the squares on the film strip, see my example above. Now on your Layers Palette, highlight your film strip layer, and using your magic wand click on the square you put your tube on, and then go to Selections-Modify- Expand by 4, then go back to your Layers Palette and highlight the tube layer and go to Selections-Invert-Delete-Deselect. Repeat this same process for the other 2 tubes.
Then on all 4 of your tubes go to Adjust-Skin Smoothing with your setting set at 20. To do this you will have to do each tube individually.

Now open up the rest of your elements and copy and paste each as a new layer, the feathered star, the stiletto shoe, and the flower sparkled, the flower sparkled resize and duplicate, mirror and put them where I have mine. Do the same for the stiletto shoe, resize, duplicate and mirror. See example above.

Open up paper 2 and copy and paste as new layer, add your mask, invert your mask
Add your name and copyright info and your are done

If you would like to animate your tut please follow on to Animation Shop.

:Animation Shop:

Now in PSP on your layers palette close off everything except for the drapery, copy merged into Animation shop as new animation. Then go to Effects-Insert Image Transition-Curtains with your settings set at Transition Length 2.0 and your Framers per Second set at 4. Then click on customization and make sure the Horizontal and Opening is checked, click okay and you should have 9 frames. Minimize that for now.
Now go back to PSP again and close the drapery in your layers palette and open up your background, your mask layer, your copyright info layer, and your tube layer, copy merged and paste in Animation Shop as new animation, then right click and click copy, then paste after current frame, repeat this one mor time you should now have 3 frames. Then go to the first frame and hold down your control key and the letter "A" (Select All), that will highlight all 3 frames, then right click, copy, and paste after current frame, you should now have 6 frames, now copy and paste again after current frame and you should now have a total of 9 frames. Then go back to the first frame and Select All again (Control +A), and now all 9 frames should be highlighted. Now open up your first animation (the drapery) that you minimized, and Select All, copy and paste into selected frame, place right on top of your tube animation.

Now go back to PSP and close up the background layer, the mask layer, copyright layer and tube layer. And open up the film strip, the 3 tubes, the stilettos, the flower sparkled elements, and the feathered star, right click, copy merged and paste into Animation Shop as new animation.
Then copy your first frame and paste after current frame, paste again after current frame and you should now have 3 frames, then go back to your first frame and Select All (ctrl+A), and copy, then paste after current frame and you should now have 6 frames, paste again after current frame and you should now have a total of 9 frames. Select All, and copy and paste into Selection on your tube animation, line it up right on top of your tube animation.
